HARAXI CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPING LTD is a contracting and developing company and was founded in Nicosia on 02 June 2003 by Theodoros Hamanis. 

With continuous activity in the construction industry and extensive experience, Haraxi Construction and Developing has the ability to undertake small or larger scale projects of all types, residential, commercial and industrial, whether conventional or metal construction.

The company is a well-organized and financially robust company, staffed by highly qualified and experienced management and technical staff while having all modern means to be able to respond to any special requirements and particularities of a project.

The managing director of the company mr.Theodoros Hamanis has been in the industry since his younger age. He was initiated into the construction industry by his father who was a builder. 

In fact, the name of the company came from the Greek word "Χάραξη", as Theodoros had acquired the reputation of specializing in engraving a building on the plot, and was called by nickname  “Mr Haraxi”.

With long-term experience in the coordination and management of construction projects, has developed and operates an effective resource allocation and management mechanism on which the success of the company is based .
